Víking bangle

The bangle is made of 925 sterling silver and is handmade in our workshop in Tórshavn.

In the summer of 1959, Niels had the honour of crafting silver for Crown Princess Margrethe, who was visiting the Faroe Islands with her parents. It was on the night before 17 June that he designed the famous belt buckle for the "Víking" pattern. Since then, Niels L. Arge has made silver for the Faroese national costume for the entire Danish royal family.
